Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Sales Are Final

We stand by our products and quality of every item we sell. As a premium QC (quality control) stock boutique, all sales are final. This reflects our commitment to fair pricing and confidence in our products.

However, we do accept exchanges if there is a genuine issue with the item upon arrival.

When Exchanges Are Available

We accept exchanges for size issues, damaged items, defects, and items not as described within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Size or Fit Issue

    If you received an incorrect size (our error), we'll exchange it for the correct size free of charge.

  • Damaged Item

    If the item arrives damaged due to shipping (not our packing), contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement.

  • Defective Item

    Genuine defects in materials or manufacturing will be exchanged for a replacement of equal or greater value.

  • Not As Described

    If the item doesn't match our description, we'll make it right with an exchange or credit.
